The level of involvement of companies engaged in international business will range from exporting to licensing, to joint ventures, to wholly owned subsidiaries. This workshop will focus on the competencies to plan and sustain market entry into international markets, and cross border marketing management.

The development of soundly based international marketing strategies requires knowledge of marketing principles, global environmental factors, management techniques and practical applications.
